John is a writer, video editor, and communications coordinator. He recently worked as a literature, composition, and medieval history teacher for middle school through high school at Veritas Christi Hybrid Academy. His writing has appeared in Tablet Magazine, University Bookman, America's Future, The Wanderer, Catholic World Report, Prehistoric Times Magazine, An Unexpected Journal, Midwest Film Journal, and Arizona State University's Starting Points Journal, among others. He has co-written several non-fiction anthologies from Voyage Comics & Publishing including Tolkien & Faith (2021). He lives with his lovely wife Ellen in Illinois.
