They received BAs in Linguistics and Film & Media Studies from the College of William & Mary and an MA in Linguistics from Georgetown University. Their interests lay primarily in the importance of language as it relates to activism, human rights, and social and criminal justice. They love poetry, their two cats, and telling stories.
