ABOUT GLENN RICCIPhD Archaeology (in progress), MA Archaeology, BA AnthropologyGlenn studied anthropology (ethnology, physical anthropology, linguistics, archaeology) in the USA, historical archaeology in the UK and is finishing his PhD in historical ethnology/archaeology in Germany. He came to Germany as a research fellow and ethnographic curator for the Landesmuseum für Natur und Mensch Oldenburg in 2013. He has curated two exhibitions for the museum that combined historical archaeological and ethnographic methodologies for a unique perspective on cultures. His current work focuses on German ethnological collections in museums that were gathered during Germany’s colonial period.
